Step 1: Give us a Heads-up
Contact our customer service via the contact form or send an email to returns@flyrebelz.com. Please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. In response, you will receive a return form from us.

Step 2: Send Your Items
Create a well-packaged parcel with the items to be returned, along with the return form. Send it to the address indicated on the return form. Attach a Track and Trace code to monitor the parcel. Return costs are at your expense unless the wrong item was sent.

Step 3: Refund to Your Account
Once we receive your parcel, we ensure that the purchase amount is back in your bank account within 14 working days. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!
